§ 7.38.160. Records of transactions—Availability.

The record required by Section 7.38.150 shall be kept available by the licensee, open to the inspection of the tax collector, the sheriff, any one of his deputies, and of any police officer. The licensee shall deliver it to the sheriff and/or the tax collector upon written request.
