§ 7.26.040. Exception—Hotels, restaurants and other establishments storing articles of food.

This chapter does not apply to any cold storage or refrigerating plant or warehouse which is maintained or operated by a restaurant, hotel, or exclusively wholesale or retail establishment not storing articles of food for other persons.
