§ 7.24.130. Recall or revocation of approval—Conditions.

In addition to any ground specified in Division 1 of this title, upon receipt of additional information which, in the opinion of the commission, renders incorrect any statement set forth in any information card, the commission may revoke its approval of any information card approved by it, and may recall any information card issued by it.
