§ 7.24.110. Issuance conditions.

Latest version.
  • If a person filing an application for an information card either does not submit to the commission, at the same time, a current, valid city information card, or the commission does not approve of the use of such information card in unincorporated territory, and the commission finds no ground for denial, the commission shall issue to the applicant the information card for which he applied, which shall bear a statement that the commission issued it only for the information of the public and not as an endorsement of the solicitation; provided, however, that if the commission has endorsed the solicitation pursuant to Part 5 of this chapter, the card shall so state instead.
