§ 7.18.080. Premises—Visibility of interior.

  • A person shall not maintain any public billiard room, billiard club, or similar place of business containing billiard or pool tables to which the public is invited, unless the entire interior of such public billiard room, billiard club, or similar business, except restrooms, is visible from the entrance to the premises of which said public billiard room, billiard club or similar business is a part.
