Every ambulette, including ambulettes described as medical transportation vans, wheelchair
vans, or litter vans, used for transporting any person, which person entered or was
placed in such ambulette at any location in the unincorporated area of the county,
shall have and conspicuously display on the left rear portion of such vehicle a county
seal issued by the local EMS agency. In addition, a copy of the vehicle license or
temporary county authorization obtained under the provisions of this chapter shall
be carried on the vehicle at all times.
