§ 7.16.190. Insurance—Indemnification.

  • As a condition of the license, the licensee agrees to indemnify, defend, and save harmless the county of Los Angeles, its agents, officers, and employees from and against any and all liability, expenses, including defense costs and legal fees, and claims for damages of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to, bodily injury, death, personal injury, or property damages arising from or connected with the licensee's activities. Such indemnification shall not apply to claims for damages arising from acts or omissions of other contractors, its subcontractors, its agents, officers, and employees.
