§ 7.10.320. Hearing by referee—Report requirements.

  • If a contested case is heard by a referee alone, he shall, within three days, submit a written report to the business license commission. Such report shall contain a brief summary of the evidence considered, and shall state the examiner's conclusions and recommendations. The report shall contain a proposed decision, in such form that it may be adopted by the business license commission as its decision in the case. All referee's reports shall be filed by the business license commission as a public record. A copy of each proposed decision so filed shall then be mailed to each party by the executive officer of the business license commission.
