§ 7.08.040. Changes of advertised name.

Latest version.

If any licensee adopts a name or designation not specified in its application for a license pursuant to subsection E of Section 7.06.020, or changes such name or designation, within five days thereafter he shall so notify the tax collector and the business license commission in writing.
