Each license, other than a license in the form of a plate or sticker, shall state
the person to whom, and the kind of business and the location for which the same is
issued, and the date of issuance, the license period for which it is issued, and the
amount therefor, and shall refer to Ordinance 5860, and be signed by the tax collector.
