§ 7.02.120. Certification.

"Certification" means a written statement made by the county engineer and containing a statement that he has examined an application for a license to operate a waste disposal facility and that, in the opinion of the county engineer, the applicant has complied and can comply with all applicable provisions of this title and regulations imposed pursuant to former Section 2234.7 of Ordinance 5860. The regulations shall be stated in the certification.
