§ 6.04.110. Shift employee.

  • "Shift employee" means any employee who is assigned on a regular basis to a POST position who, as a consequence of such assignment, receives alternative time off in lieu of the holidays provided in Sections 6.12.040 through 6.12.060 and the normal weekends of Saturday and Sunday. For purposes of this section "assignment on a regular basis" shall be deemed to be a period of not less than one calendar month.
