§ 5.64.060. Administration of Provisions.

A.

The Executive Officer of the Board of Supervisors will consider applications for new badges, additional badges, change of design, and any other matters concerning the administration of this chapter.

B.

The decisions of the Executive Officer of the Board of Supervisors shall take the form of recommendations to the Board of Supervisors, who may act upon such recommendations in order to amend the ordinance codified in this chapter.
