§ 5.42.050. Parking Fees.

A.

Parking Participants in the Plan shall pay fees to park in County parking lots as follows:

1.

Reserved spaces in the following lots shall be charged at $155.00 per month plus the Traffic Mitigation Allowance: Lots 18, 29, 10, 17 and 20A;

2.

Preferred lots, $50.00 per month, plus the Traffic Mitigation Allowance. This includes currently available Lots 10, 12, 17, 18 Upper and Lower, 20, 20A and 29;

3.

General lots, $20.00 per month, plus the Traffic Mitigation Allowance. This includes currently available Lots 13, 15 and 21;

4.

Outlying lots, $0 charge to the employee over the Traffic Mitigation Allowance and includes shuttle service. This includes currently available Lots 45 and 58.

B.

Parking Participants who park in either Lot 45 or 58 shall receive free shuttle service to and from those lots and the Civic Center.

C.

When an employee who is headquartered in the Civic Center is ordered by management to use his automobile occasionally in the County service, management shall reimburse him for daily Civic Center parking expenses, and may further reimburse him for mileage and parking fees incurred while conducting County business. Such an employee shall be considered an occasional driver and not a Mileage Permittee within the meaning of Section 5.40.240 of the County Code.
