§ 4.90.070. Benefit assessment—Collection.

The treasurer and tax collector of the county shall collect the benefit assessment authorized herein beginning with the 1986-1987 fiscal year in the same manner and subject to the same penalty as other charges, assessments, and taxes fixed and collected by or on behalf of the County of Los Angeles.
