§ 4.64.131. Installment plan application fee for escaped assessments.

When a taxpayer elects to pay delinquent taxes in installments as authorized by Section 4837.5(i) of the Revenue and Taxation Code, an application fee of $200.00 shall be paid to the tax collector before the application is processed.
