§ 3.72.100. Children and Families First-Proposition 10 Trust Fund.

There is hereby established the Los Angeles County Children and Families First-Proposition 10 Trust Fund, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 130105(d)(2)(A) ("Trust Fund"). All moneys allocated and appropriated to the Commission shall be deposited in the Trust Fund, and shall be expended only for the purposes authorized by the Act and in accordance with the county strategic plan. The Trust Fund shall be invested in the county treasurer's pool, and all interest earned from the funds invested, shall be credited to the Trust Fund.
