§ 3.62.020. Membership—Composition—Term of service.

The commission shall consist of one honorary and 36 regular members, all of whom, subject to the provisions of Section 5.12.050 of this code, and subject to the right of the board to remove any member at its pleasure, shall be appointed for terms of two years.
