§ 3.35.080. Qualifications for membership.

The board in appointing members to the commission shall, insofar as possible, appoint individuals based on the following criteria:

A.

Member shall be selected on the basis of experience or knowledge in the area of consumer insurance, including automobile liability, homeowners', health and earthquake insurance.

B.

Members should be broadly representative of the community.
