§ 3.08.020. Membership.

A.

The Los Angeles County aviation commission, referred to in this chapter as the "commission," shall consist of 10 positions.

B.

A member of the commission shall be appointed by, and serve at the pleasure of, the board of supervisors, referred to in this chapter as the "board." Each member of the board may nominate a candidate for two of the positions as members of the commission.

C.

Each person who is a member of the commission on the effective date of the amendment codified in this section shall serve at the pleasure of the board for the remainder of his or her term of four years.
