§ 2.121.310. Source selection and award—Methods.

Latest version.

All contracts for services within the scope of this chapter shall be awarded by:

A.

Competitive sealed bidding, pursuant to Section 2.121.320;

B.

Competitive negotiation, pursuant to Section 2.121.330 and Section 2.121.340; or

C.

Noncompetitive negotiation, pursuant to Section 2.121.350.
