Every county officer and department shall perform or cause to be performed such management,
maintenance and repairs on quarters occupied by such officer or department and other
quarters for the management, maintenance or repair of which either the county (or
a district of which the board of supervisors is, or in its ex officio capacity is,
the governing body), is responsible, as the chief administrative officer finds to
be most feasible.
