§ 20.56.100. Waste-collection vehicle.

"Waste-collection vehicle" means any truck, trailer, semi-trailer, conveyance or vehicle used by a waste collector to collect, haul or transport garbage, rubbish or any other solid waste across public highways within the unincorporated area of Los Angeles County.
