§ 20.56.053. Research composting operations.

  • "Research composting operations" means a composting operation that is operated for the purpose of gathering research information on composting. An operator conducting research composting operations shall not have more than five thousand (5,000) cubic-yards of feedstock, additives, amendments, chipped and ground material, and compost on-site at any one time, as defined in California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Section 17862.
