§ 20.56.030. Enforcement agency.

"Enforcement agency" means and is the health officer, who is designated by the board of supervisors to enforce the State Solid Waste Standards in accordance with Sections 66795 et seq. of the Government Code and Sections 40000 et seq. of the Public Resources Code.
