§ 20.08.061. Non-subdivision water system improvements.

Plans and specifications for all non-subdivision water system improvements shall be submitted to the county engineer for review and approval to ensure that the improvements will meet the requirements of this Division 1. Water main plan check fees for the reviews and approval will be the same as set forth in Section 20.08.060. This section shall only apply to the activities of water purveyors which are regulated by Division 1.
