§ 19.08.030. High-tension electrical lines prohibited where.

  • A person shall not construct, establish or maintain any high-tension line carrying more than 66,000 volts of electricity within 2,000 feet of the outer boundaries of any airport unless all parts of such wire or wires are not more than 65 feet above the highest portion of such outer boundaries of the airport.
