§ 17.12.340. Soliciting or selling merchandise prohibited—Exceptions.

A person shall not sell, offer for sale, offer for sample, or give away any goods, wares, or merchandise on a beach, except:

A.

Pursuant to a concessionaire agreement granted by the Board of Supervisors of the County, or by the Director, as the case may be or

B.

When found by the Director to be consistent with the policies of the Department of Beaches and Harbors or to promote the program of such department, under conditions prescribed by the Director.
