§ 17.04.980. Fishing permitted when.

A person shall not fish in park waters except:

A.

From the banks between the hours of one hour before sunrise and one hour after sunset except for specific areas as may be authorized where night fishing is permitted;

B.

From vessels between the hours of one-half hour before sunrise and one-half hour after sunset where such vessels are on such waters in compliance with all the provisions of Parts 3 and 4 of this chapter.
