If the director finds that any vessel on any park water is overloaded, unsafe in construction,
design, or for other reasons or is being operated in violation of this chapter or
any other ordinance, statute, or order, he may require the operator to remove such
vessel from the park water and/or revoke the permit. The operator shall comply with
such an order.
