§ 16.27.010. Permit—Required.

Any person desiring to erect, construct, place or maintain an encroachment upon any public sidewalk for outdoor sidewalk dining facilities, must first obtain an annual outdoor sidewalk dining permit pursuant to this chapter. Each applicant for an annual outdoor sidewalk dining permit shall comply with the requirements of this chapter and any other applicable laws.
