§ 13.54.040. Violation—Penalties.

  • A.

    Any person specified in Section 13.54.030 who does not submit a report as required or who knowingly submits a report with false or fictitious information shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six months, or by a fine not exceeding $500.00 dollars, or by both the fine and imprisonment.

    B.

    Any person specified in Section 13.54.030 who has previously been convicted of a violation of subsection A shall, upon a subsequent conviction thereof, be punished by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding one year, or by a fine not exceeding $1,000.00, or by both the fine and imprisonment.
