§ 12.24.020. Definitions.

  • As used in this chapter:

    A.

    "Aldrin" means the chemical compound having the formula 1, 2, 3, 4, 10, 10-hexachloro-1, 4, 4a, 5, 8, 8ahexahydro-1, 4-endo-exo-5, 8-dimethanonaphthalene;

    B.

    "BHC" means the chemical compound having the formula 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6-hexachlorocyclohexane and its gamma isomer lindane;

    C.

    "DDD" means the chemical compound having the formula 1, 1-dichloro-2, 2-bis (p-chlorophenyl) ethane;

    D.

    "DDT" means the chemical compound having the formula 1, 1, 1-trichloro-2, 2-bis (p-chlorophenyl) ethane;

    E.

    "Dieldrin" means the chemical compound having the formula 1, 2, 3, 4, 10, 10-hexachloro-6, 7-epoxy-1, 4, 4a-5, 6, 7, 8, 8a-octahydro 1, 4-endo-exo-5, 8-dimethanonaphthalene;

    F.

    "Endrin" means the chemical compound having the formula 1, 2, 3, 4, 10, 10-hexachloro-6, 7-epoxy-1, 4, 4a, 5, 6, 7, 8, 8a-octahydro-1, 4-endo-endo-5, 8-dimethanonaphthalene;

    G.

    "Heptachlor" means the chemical compound having the formula 3a, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 8-heptachloro-3a, 4, 7, 7a-tetrahydro-4, 7-methanoindene.

    H.

    "Person" includes every person, firm, corporation and other legal entity.
