§ 11.70.130. Permit Quantity Limit.

"Permit quantity limit" means the maximum amount of any hazardous substance that can be stored in a facility. Separate permit quantity limits will be set for each underground storage tank listed on a uniform program facilities permit in accordance with the requirements of this division.
