§ 10.37.121. Notice of Decision and Judicial Review of Administrative Decision.

Following an administrative hearing conducted pursuant to Section 10.37.110, a written notice of the decision must be served on the Department and the owner
or custodian of the dog either personally or by first class mail within 10 calendar
days after the hearing. If either party desires to contest the decision, the appealing
party must notify the other party, in writing, within 14 calendar days after the decision
is served, of the intention to seek judicial review of the decision. The party seeking
judicial review by the Superior Court must comply with all requirements of Code of
Civil Procedure section 1094.5, et seq.
