Notwithstanding any other provision of this Charter, any person employed as a Supervisor's Deputy on the effective date of this Section and whose position as Supervisor's Deputy is removed from the classified service on said date and placed in the unclassified service, shall continue to have the same rights as if his position had not been placed in the unclassified service.
