§ 8.52.051. Restriction in rents—Effective June 30, 1983 to July 14, 1983.

Except as otherwise provided by this chapter, between June 30, 1983 and July 14, 1983, inclusive, no landlord shall demand, accept, or retain more than the maximum rent permitted on June 29, 1983.
