§ 7.80.190. License—Modifications—Authorized when.

  • The business license commission at any time, either on its own motion or upon the application of any licensee, may cause an investigation to be made and hold a public hearing and after such hearing may modify the rates, operating area, number of taxicabs, or any other specification or condition of any taxicab operator's license. Notice of such hearing shall be given to all licensees whose licenses specify a definite area of operation, any part of which is in the area for which application has been made, and to any other person whom the commission designates to be given such notice.
