§ 7.80.180. License—Conditions specified.

The business license commission shall specify in every taxicab operator's license as follows:

A.

The operating area within which the taxicab operator may accept passengers;

B.

The number of taxicabs authorized to be operated;

C.

The rates which the taxicab operator shall charge;

D.

Response time under normal conditions; and

E.

Any conditions imposed on the license by the business license commission.
