§ 7.76.310. Buy-form—Defined.

The term "buy-form" mentioned in this Part 7 means and shall be the name of the form or forms furnished by the state of California to the licensee for the purpose of recording and furnishing by the licensee to the sheriff of the required information relative to purchases, pledges or consignments.
