§ 7.56.070. License—Public hearing required when.

Except as otherwise provided in Section 7.06.260, the business license commission or referee shall hold a public hearing pursuant to Chapter 7.10 of this title, including Sections 7.10.100 through 7.10.140, to ascertain all facts or evidence on the place where the proposed model studio is to be located, and the character, reputation and moral fitness of the applicant and of those who will be in charge.
