§ 7.44.010. Definitions.

As used in this chapter:

A.

"Growth center" means any place where three or more persons not all members of the same family congregate, assemble or associate for the purpose of exposing their bodies in the nude in the presence of others or of each other.

This definition does not apply to the occasional congregating, association or assembly of persons in or on the premises of a private home, if such private home or premises thereof are not customarily used for such purpose.

B.

"In the nude" means completely without clothing or covering, or with partial clothing or covering but with any pubic area exposed, or with any portion of the crease of the buttocks exposed.
