No person shall conduct, permit or assist in conducting or permitting any entertainment
as defined in Section 7.36.010 to be shown, staged, exhibited or produced in any premises to which the public is
admitted, or in any proprietary club, unless and until a written Class I entertainment
license has been obtained from the tax collector.
B.
No person shall conduct, permit or assist in conducting or permitting any entertainment
as defined in Section 7.36.020 to be shown, staged, exhibited or produced in or upon any premises to which the public
is admitted, or in any proprietary club, unless and until a written Class I, or Class
III entertainment license has been obtained from the tax collector.
