§ 7.30.690. Dancers and instructors—License requirements.

  • Every taxi dancer and every instructor in a taxi dance hall shall first procure a license and pay an annual license fee in the amount set forth in Section 7.14.010 of this title, under the appropriate heading. The applicant shall specify in his application:

    A.

    His name and residence address;

    B.

    Whether he has ever been convicted within the last five years of any crime except a misdemeanor traffic violation. If he has been so convicted, he shall specify the name under which he was convicted, the place and court in which the conviction was obtained, and the sentence imposed as a result of such conviction.
