§ 7.30.590. Age limitations for participants.

A person under 15 years of age shall not enter, be or remain in or on any premises for which a youth dance license is required or has been issued pursuant to this Part 4 except when such person is accompanied by his parent, his guardian, or his spouse over 21 years of age. No person or persons licensed pursuant to this section shall permit any person under 15 years of age to enter, be or remain in or on any premises for which a license is required or has been issued pursuant to this section except when such person is accompanied by his parent, his guardian, or his spouse over 21 years of age.
