At every establishment licensed pursuant to this chapter having a capacity of not
less than 200 persons, not less than one employee for the first 200 persons, and one
additional employee for each additional 100 persons who could be accommodated, whether
actually present or not, shall be constantly in attendance during the entire time
that any dance is in progress, and shall devote their entire time and attention to
keeping order, checking the admission of minors, and seeing to it that all provisions
of this chapter are complied with. The commission may require such additional employees
or guards on an individual-establishment basis, as the commission deems in the public
interest.
