§ 7.24.360. Publicity for results of investigations.

The commission may:

A.

Publish the results of any investigation provided for by this Part 4;

B.

Give such publicity to any such results by such means as may be deemed best to reach the general public and persons interested, except in the case of publicizing investigations of misstatements, deceptions and frauds.
