§ 7.24.340. Survey of activities to determine necessity, detect waste.

The commission shall maintain a constant survey of the field of charities with regard to the need and the work being done in connection therewith; to avoid unreasonable, unnecessary or wasteful duplication of services; and to secure intelligent cooperation among all charities in this county to the end that a comprehensive and economical plan in philanthropy may be attained.
