§ 7.24.210. Telephone solicitation—Compensation prohibited when.

    A person shall not for any pecuniary compensation or consideration conduct or make any solicitation by telephone.

    B.

    Subsection A of this section does not apply to any communication by telephone between persons personally known to each other.
