§ 7.18.100. Premises—Admission restrictions—Persons under 18 years of age.

  • The owner, manager, proprietor or other person in charge of any public billiard room or billiard club shall not allow or permit any person under the age of 18 years to be, remain in, enter or visit such place unless:

    A.

    Such minor is accompanied by one of his parents or by his guardian; or

    B.

    Such parent or guardian personally presents a written consent to the owner, manager, proprietor or such other person in charge, and alcoholic beverages are neither sold nor served in such place, and such place has no license to sell, dispense or serve alcoholic beverages. The written consent shall be in the manner and form approved by the commission.
